General Qualifications

•   Graduated from Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Aeronautical and Industrial Engineering departments of universities
•   Preferably have experience in similar roles in the defense, aerospace and manufacturing industries
•   Able to use MS Excel and other MS Office programs at an advanced level
•   Preferably knowing how to use Wings MRO program
•   Proficient in English
•   Focused on service quality and customer satisfaction
•   Strong planning, quick decision making and coordination skills
•   Prone to teamwork, strong communication, disciplined, careful and successful in human relations
•   Responsible, able to think analytically, working quickly and result-oriented in a dynamic environment
•   Adopted to work carefully, meticulously and in accordance with the record archiving system
•   Completed military service or not obliged to do military service
•   No obstacle for short and long-term travel to abroad


Job Description

•   Taking part in the operation processes carried out based on product support management
•   Following up user-based product support requests and providing technical support within this scope
•   Management of relevant documentation, costing, archiving and data entry processes
•   Execution of the warranty follow-up process determined in accordance with the contract
•   User-based inventory management and preparation of activity reports
•   Controlling the data entries of the processes through the MRO program and providing the necessary feedback
•   Determination of strategies to foresee the risks associated with product support activities and to keep the relevant situation under control
•   Periodically reporting the contractual compliance status of product support operations and preparing presentations to the relevant units and managers
