General Qualifications

•   Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities
•   Preferably having experience in similar roles in the defense, aerospace and manufacturing industries
•   Knowledgeable in contract processes
•   Able to use MS Excel and other MS Office programs at an advanced level
•   Preferably to have knowledge of how to use ERP program
•   Proficient in English
     strong in Communication, ability to manage time and compatible with teamwork
•   Disciplined and highly motivated, having advanced planning and organizational skills
•   Strong in planning, quick decision making and coordination 
•   Responsible, able to think analytically, working quickly and result-oriented in a dynamic environment
•  Those who have completed their military service or have no military obligation
•   No obstacle for short and long-term travel to abroad

Job Description

  • Procurement of materials and equipment in compliance with military and aerospace standards in line with production plans, considering condition, cost, and lead time
  • Identification of suitable suppliers and subcontractors; evaluation of their production and quality capabilities; and follow-up of subcontractor approval processes
  • Conducting cost analysis and evaluating manufacturability/procurability of materials to be supplied, in coordination with Production and R&D teams
  • Organization of logistics operations for procured materials and management and follow-up of customs permits and clearance processes
  • Monitoring payments and deliveries; periodically updating and reporting managed operations in the ERP system
  • Managing supplier relationships; tracking supplier- or material-related nonconformities and planning/following up corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensuring the procurement of materials in the administrative department.
