General Qualifications
Preferably a graduate of Construction, İndustrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related departments of universities.
Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel and equipment timekeeping on construction sectors.
Proficient in Excel and PACS/ERP systems.
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to field conditions.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Job Description
Monitor daily attendance of all personnel on site (permanent, subcontractor, and daily wage workers).
Prepare monthly personnel timekeeping summaries and submit to the Human Resources department.
Track daily working hours, operators, and usage locations of on-site equipment (excavators, cranes, generators, trucks, forklifts, etc.).
Regularly check daily/weekly/monthly operation forms of rented or subcontractor equipment.
Keep records of equipment maintenance, breakdowns, idle times, and fuel consumption.
Analyze equipment performance data and report findings to management in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on personnel and equipment timekeeping.
Conduct efficiency analyses by correlating personnel and equipment data with site production quantities.
Ensure timely preparation of data required (payroll, cost tables).
Conduct timekeeping reconciliations with subcontractor companies.
Communicate with site supervisors and foremen regarding incomplete or conflicting records.
