General Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of Construction, İndustrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related departments of universities.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel and equipment timekeeping on construction sectors.
  • Proficient in Excel and PACS/ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to field conditions.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Job Description

  • Monitor daily attendance of all personnel on site (permanent, subcontractor, and daily wage workers).
  • Prepare monthly personnel timekeeping summaries and submit to the Human Resources department.
  • Track daily working hours, operators, and usage locations of on-site equipment (excavators, cranes, generators, trucks, forklifts, etc.).
  • Regularly check daily/weekly/monthly operation forms of rented or subcontractor equipment.
  • Keep records of equipment maintenance, breakdowns, idle times, and fuel consumption.
  • Analyze equipment performance data and report findings to management in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on personnel and equipment timekeeping.
  • Conduct efficiency analyses by correlating personnel and equipment data with site production quantities.
  • Ensure timely preparation of data required (payroll, cost tables).
  • Conduct timekeeping reconciliations with subcontractor companies.
  • Communicate with site supervisors and foremen regarding incomplete or conflicting records.
