General Qualifications:

  • Graduated from university departments such as Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources (including talent management, career planning, training, and performance management),
  • Preferably experienced in recruitment processes for engineers and technicians/technical staff in the technology and manufacturing sectors,
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in ERP, HR software, and digital systems,
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani Turkish, Turkish, English, and/or Russian,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs at an advanced level,
  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills,
  • Capable of analytical thinking and data-driven reporting,
  • Developed team management and organizational skills,
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR team and carry out workforce planning and staffing analysis,
  • Design strategic recruitment processes and attract talents aligned with the company culture,
  • Develop, implement, and maintain career and talent management systems,
  • Support the development of HR Business Partners and provide mentoring,
  • Ensure HR processes comply with procedures and quality standards,
  • Analyze HR data, prepare regular reports, and provide strategic insights to management,
  • Conduct training needs analysis, prepare and implement annual training plans,
  • Ensure effective use of HR digital systems to enhance process efficiency.
