Graduated from university departments such as Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources (including talent management, career planning, training, and performance management),
Preferably experienced in recruitment processes for engineers and technicians/technical staff in the technology and manufacturing sectors,
Knowledgeable and experienced in ERP, HR software, and digital systems,
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani Turkish, Turkish, English, and/or Russian,
Proficient in MS Office programs at an advanced level,
Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills,
Capable of analytical thinking and data-driven reporting,
Developed team management and organizational skills,
For male candidates, military service must be completed.
Responsibilities:
Manage the HR team and carry out workforce planning and staffing analysis,
Design strategic recruitment processes and attract talents aligned with the company culture,
Develop, implement, and maintain career and talent management systems,
Support the development of HR Business Partners and provide mentoring,
Ensure HR processes comply with procedures and quality standards,
Analyze HR data, prepare regular reports, and provide strategic insights to management,
Conduct training needs analysis, prepare and implement annual training plans,
Ensure effective use of HR digital systems to enhance process efficiency.
