• Installation, monitoring, and ensuring the smooth operation of servers, computer networks (local and internet), and other infrastructure components;
• Managing user accounts, access rights, and operating systems and providing daily assistance to employees with technical issues (hardware, software, network) and answering their questions;
• Protecting the company's data and systems from cyberattacks, viruses, and unauthorized access and developing and implementing security policies, and managing backup procedures;
• Procurement, inventory, and maintenance of technical equipment such as computers, laptops, and printers.
