We are looking for a Geomatics Engineer to be assigned to our large-scale industrial facility, infrastructure, and superstructure construction project, who will manage all topographical and geodetic measurement activities on-site, ensure subcontractor coordination, and work in integration with the technical office.

Performing the layout (setting out) of reinforced concrete, steel fabrications, anchor placements, and heavy infrastructure (high-voltage lines, transformer stations, drainage, etc.) fabrications in accordance with the project, and verifying subcontractor fabrications on-site.
Making daily/weekly measurements of excavation, filling, and soil stabilization works to extract cubage calculations, and completely reporting the data that will form the basis for progress payments to the technical office.
Taking surveys (measured drawings) of completed fabrications to prepare as-built projects, and transferring the current state into the digital environment.
Directing and supervising the daily work plans of the surveyor and mapping teams within the subcontractor companies, and ensuring their work complies with occupational health and safety rules.
Carrying out the inventory tracking, periodic maintenance, and calibration of all measurement devices used on-site without deficiency.
Required Qualifications
Graduated from university departments of Geodesy, Cartography, or Geomatics Engineering.
At least 5-7 years of experience in qualified superstructure, heavy steel construction, and comprehensive infrastructure projects (at least 2 years as a Survey Chief).
Able to use measurement tools such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Level, etc. at an advanced level and actively; dominant in calibration processes.
Able to use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Netcad, and MS Office programs (especially Excel) at a good level.
Experienced in excavation, filling (blocking, embankment, etc.), soil improvement, and cubage calculations; able to prepare infrastructure for progress payments.
Able to supervise subcontractor surveying teams on-site, monitor compliance with the work schedule, and provide disciplined team management.
Possessing a high level of competence in reading and interpreting technical projects.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced construction site environment and flexible working hours.
Having analytical thinking, fast problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
Preferably having worked in international standards (e.g., steel fabrication tolerances in accordance with EN standards, etc.) and being familiar with overseas construction site culture.
