General Qualifications

•   Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities
•   Aware of OEM components and computer performance requirements,
•   Ability to install hardware, software and network systems of in-house computers,  fixing technical malfunctions
•   Knowledgeable in Network architecture and management (Domain, WAN/LAN, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, IIS/SMTP, Active Directory, VPN)
•   Preferably MCSE / MCITP certificate holder or system training
•   Preferably knowledgeable in Cisco switch, router, AP, firewall management
•   To be able to support the end user (PC, Printer, Peripherals) in repair and installation issues
•   Following hardware needs, backing up servers and users
•   Able to track in-company computer license, inventory, infrastructure information
•   Proficient in technical English
•   Strong in Communication, ability to manage time and compatible with teamwork
•   Disciplined and highly motivated, having advanced planning and organizational skills
•   Strong in planning, quick decision making and coordination 
•   Responsible, able to think analytically, working quickly and result-oriented in a dynamic environment
•   Those who have completed their military service or have no military obligation
•   No obstacle for short and long-term travel to abroad
