Job Description
• Perform post-production electrical and physical tests of lithium-based batteries
• Measure voltage, current, internal resistance, capacity and temperature of battery cells
• Perform balancing, charge-discharge cycle and performance tests of battery packs
• Conduct test processes with battery test devices (e.g. ACEY CT506-512H, current load test devices, cell balancers, etc.)
• Analyze measurement data of tested batteries and perform conformity assessment
• Mark battery modules with detected faults and report them to the technical team
• Record production and test data in detail and regularly
• Work in accordance with occupational safety and ESD rules in the test area
• Support the creation of new test procedures when necessary
Required Qualifications
• Graduated from Electrical, Electronics or related departments of technical high schools or universities
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in lithium battery production, testing or quality control processes
• Able to use equipment such as multimeter, IR measuring device, cell test devices, balance devices
• Knowledge of battery protection circuits (BMS), series-parallel connections and battery assembly structure
• Has basic electronics knowledge, can make measurements and analyzes on the circuit
• Competent to follow technical documentation
• Prone to teamwork, careful, organized and responsible
• Flexible and able to adapt to intense work tempo
• Well-versed in occupational health and safety rules, especially in terms of high current and battery safety
