General Qualifications
- Graduate of Architecture.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in architectural projects, implementation, and site coordination within the construction sector.
- Proficient in architectural design software, presentation, and visualization.
- Knowledgeable about construction, architectural implementation, permit-execution processes, and relevant regulations.
- Capable of balancing aesthetics and functionality, strong communication skills, able to coordinate with site and office teams.
- Willing to work on-site, conduct field visits, and oversee implementation when required.
Job Description
- Ensure compliance with architectural projects during the construction process: monitor that architecture is correctly implemented on site.
- Ensure that architectural choices such as building materials, surface finishes, coloring, and interior layout comply with quality standards and the project vision.
- Inspect compliance with regulations, standards, permit requirements, and internal architectural quality criteria.
- Monitor architectural processes in terms of project cost, schedule, and quality; provide recommendations to management when necessary.
- Prepare site observations, documentation, and photographs; submit architectural review reports.
- Manage architectural project revisions, change requests, and alignment processes.
