Machine Operator
Job Description
• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines (battery classification machines, welding and spot machines, etc.) in the battery production line
• Operate machines effectively and efficiently in accordance with the production plan
• Adjust machine settings in accordance with technical documentation, make setting changes when necessary
• Work in accordance with quality control standards throughout the production process
• Recognize simple electrical and mechanical faults and perform first intervention or direct them to the relevant units
• Keep daily production records and machine performance reports
• Maintain a safe production environment by fully complying with work safety rules
Required Qualifications
• Graduated from technical high schools or universities in the fields of machinery, mechatronics, automation, etc.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in battery production, energy systems or electronic production lines
• Operator experience in automatic welding machines, battery classification machines or similar production equipment
• Has basic electrical and mechanical system knowledge
• Can read and understand technical documents related to production machines
• Is prone to teamwork, responsible and disciplined
• Has a careful, meticulous and quality-oriented work approach
• Can adapt quickly to new production technologies and processes
• Can adapt to intense work tempo and shift/flexible working hours
