General Qualifications
• Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities
• Preferably have experience in similar roles in the defense, aerospace and manufacturing industries
• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources functions
• Preferably have experience in recruiting engineers and technicians in the field of Technology
• Able to use MS Excel and other MS Office programs at an advanced level
• Preferably knowing how to use ERP program
• Proficient in English
• strong in Communication, ability to manage time and compatible with teamwork
• Strong planning, quick decision making and coordination skills
• Prone to teamwork, strong communication, disciplined, careful and successful in human relations
• Responsible, able to think analytically, working quickly and result-oriented in a dynamic environment
• Completed military service or not obliged to do military service

Job Description
• Execution and development of all processes related to the company's Human Resources (Norm staff planning, Recruitment, job analysis, performance management, career planning and backup, rewarding, training and development, employee satisfaction, etc.) in line with company policies and strategies.
• Pioneering the creation of the corporate culture; Conducting studies to make employees adopt corporate values, company's mission and vision, ethical principles and leadership competencies
• Planning by determining the competency and training needs related to positions
• Creating/updating procedures and reporting on behalf of Human Resources
• Keeping the training system up-to-date and implementing continuous training and development programs within the framework of the company's organizational development needs and priorities
