General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or site supervision within the construction sector.
  • Knowledge of site practices, material testing methods, quality control tests, and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office; capable of preparing quality documentation, reports, and inspection forms.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Suitable for work on construction sites; open to field visits and team collaboration.
  • Familiar with quality management system standards.
  • Knowledge of English in a technical level.

Job Description

  • Ensure the implementation of quality control plans and procedures on the construction site.
  • İnspect compliance of construction materials, application methods, and equipment used in the construction process with quality requirements.
  • Conduct daily/weekly quality checks; identify non-conformities, report them, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Perform quality control inspections in accordance with project quality objectives and schedules, and report results to senior management.
  • Prepare site quality documentation, ensuring completeness of checklists, quality forms, and inspection reports.
  • Monitor material acceptance processes on the project; carry out sampling, evaluate test results, and record findings.
  • Report technical issues, workmanship or material defects to management and prepare corrective action plans.
  • Work in accordance with quality management systems and other relevant standards; identify training needs and ensure site personnel receive quality training.
  • Analyze quality-related risks in terms of project cost and schedule, and propose improvements.
