ERP Engineer
GENERAL FEATURES
• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems departments of universities,
• Having a level of English to read and understand technical literature,
• Having skills of Strong communication, time and stress management, business follow-up and responsibility, teamwork, presentation and reporting,
• Able to work in harmony with different engineering disciplines,
• Having problem identification and solving skills,
• Having knowledge of business processes and information systems analysis, design and integration,
• Able to use Office (especially Excel, Word) programs well,
• Having knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, Python, Java, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS THAT MAY BE PREFERRED
• Having experience in the aerospace and defense industry
• Having knowledge of SDLC, database, SQL, business intelligence
• Proficiency in more than one programming language
• Having knowledge on project management methodologies and sub-branches (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Having experience in at least one ERP system implementation
JOB DESCRİPTİON
• Within the scope of meeting the technology, digitalization and software needs of in-house operations; to conducting working activities that system/process analysis, scheduling, communication/coordination with process owners, conceptual and technical design, integration, development, master data preparation and transfer to the system, testing, documentation, training, go-live, support and maintenance
• Within the scope of ERP system user support; to evaluation for activities that training, authorization, report, minor development, user account operations, error detection, instant solution, data operations etc. and take actions and if necessary, contacting the expert and conducting work transfer
• Conducting communication and working activities with consultants in case of need for consultancy support in the works performed
• Reporting and presentation on ERP system implementation in case of need or demand
• Handling the issues in coordination with the support team that ensuring the ERP system is alive 24/7, connection problems, creating/developing policies for maintenance, repair, backup and recovery, etc.
