General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision and control on construction sector (experience in daily site reporting preferred).
  • Able to follow daily workflows, prepare field reports, and proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented, strong communication and coordination skills, capable of active on-site work.
  • Basic knowledge of occupational safety, quality, and environmental requirements; able to implement them on-site.

Job Description 

  • Monitor daily construction activities according to the work schedule; supervise contractor and subcontractor operations on-site.
  • Track compliance of materials, equipment, and workforce with the contract, technical specifications, and project requirements on a daily basis.
  • Report daily progress from the field, including the numbers of work, labor, and equipment , deviations, or delays.
  • Ensure on-site adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards; implement necessary precautions.
  • Collect data for daily temporary acceptance, measurement-quantity records, and progress claims; report to relevant managers.
  • Ensure daily coordination among site teams, control engineers, subcontractors, and the technical office; identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Track daily cost allocations and workforce requirements; notify upper management when necessary.
  • Inspect completed work on-site; detect deficiencies or errors and ensure corrective actions.
  • Maintain official daily records: site diary, work progress reports, equipment movements, and labor shift logs.
